Paint Your Bouquet Workshop (2024)
Come join Rooted Dreams & Marjorie Taylor, MS, ATR, LPC to Paint Your Bouquet! Participants will be creating a watercolor painting based on a bouquet they create with Linnea, of Rooted Dreams Floral & Design Co.
Linnea will teach you first how to create a spiral bouquet featuring locally grown flowers from surrounding farmers. After you get your feet wet with this technique, she will teach you to arrange your bouquet in a vase, to be used as the focus of your painting.
Depending on your comfort level with painting, you can choose just a few flowers to paint or the whole bouquet. All supplies will be provided on sight and no previous art making experience is required. Participants are encouraged to wear comfy clothing that you don't mind getting paint on.
The class will be about 3 hours long and refreshments will be provided along with a break between making your bouquet & painting.
